Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are above average in size and very clean. However, the thin mattress made it uncomfortable for my adult son to rest, and we found used towels on the back of the door. The location, although convenient near the interstate and with easy access to attractions, is in a busy work area that needs improvement. Despite the friendly and courteous service, the dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options. The hotel facilities are decent but might benefit from upgrades.
I found the hotel to be a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with updated furniture, and I particularly enjoyed the effective blackout shade with a picture of Chattanooga on it. The service was friendly and helpful, although the early morning vacuuming was a bit disruptive. The location was convenient for getting around, being just off the Interstate and close to downtown Chattanooga. The dining experience was better than average, especially the breakfast. However, the noise from early morning vacuuming and the hotel being a little removed from things were minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a few setbacks, like the lack of closets or hooks in the room, cobwebs on the walls, and a slightly scary location, but it did meet our needs for exploring the city. On the bright side, the cleaning staff was helpful, and the dining experience was good with a clean dining area and tasty muffin, apple, water, and granola bar. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel had its ups and downs. Though the rooms were large and clean, they didn't quite meet cleanliness standards and had a faulty light in the bathroom. The service was quite accommodating, especially during the chaos of what seemed like a softball tournament, but was somewhat indifferent to room cleanliness. The location was incredible for getting around the city and the surrounding areas, despite the sketchy surroundings with a nearby gas station attracting a rough crowd. Dining provided nice morning options, but not particularly elaborate. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had some positive aspects like a pleasant service experience and a nice location close to local attractions. However, the rooms fell short with a strange smell and limited space. The dining had some good options but not ideal for everyone.
